Hols in Collioure, a little spot of paradise (if hot this year, 36/37 degrees…) courtesy of my lovely cousin and her partner, Jon.
One of my favourite views of the year, Collioure bay, at dusk.
And as the light begins to soften between 6 & 9pm and the contours of the hills surrounding Collioure spotlit like various muscles on the arm of a giant.
Collioure church tower and city wall as seen from Boramar beachOne extraordinary mural seen in Port Bou, June 2015.
Port Bou, just over the French/Spanish border is the town where the great German philosopher, Walter Benjamin took his life in WWII after his visa of safe passage was rescinded by the Spanish police.
The mural seems to speak of universal friendship.
