The interesting thing about Nick Kent and Richard Norton-Taylor’s latest tribunal hearing is that although it is ostensibly an investigation into the record of Anthony Charles Lynton Blair and his guilt or not in an act of `aggression’ in invading Iraq with the US in March 2003, you can’t help but draw the conclusion that the unsolved mystery still lurking at the heart of one of Britain’s worst foreign `adventures’ in modern times lies at the door of the Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith.
